Our Follow The Coast project started on July 1st, 2019 in Knokke at the Dutch / Belgian border.
By the summer of 2025, we have run the entire coast of France, Portugal, Spain, Belgium and more than half of Italy, creating two books in the process:

You can join this unique ongoing journey: Claim your 100km stage of coastline here and become part of a community that is trying to RUN around EUROPE. You will become a co-author of the book where your stage will be featured.
With a collective of 200 runners, we have covered almost 16.000 kilometres, all of these running their own 100km Stage.
To keep running around Europe, we need to recover on average 850 euro per Stage. We need this amount to cover the total cost of crew, fuel, lodging, maintenance and consumables like food and drinks to fuel you during your effort.
We do want to enable all kind of people to join - alone, in duo or with a bigger team - and have therefore creates this flexible pricing:
With this type of pricing, we want to stimulate you running in team, because it’s fun and more sustainable for us as an organisation. At the same time, we still want to enable individuals to run alone, as we understand it might be challenging to find the right companions.
